As a guy, the number of compliments you receive is bare minimum. I am not talking for everybody but definitely for most.
Upon thinking, I can think of 2 compliments both given by my school teachers.
One was about that how Rohit will do something great in life that everyone will remember and talk about (in a good way). What was surprising to me was the number of times he repeated it, like every now and then –like he had a gut feeling about me.
Second was also by a teacher who also conveyed that I need to be humble and grounded even when I do something great. Like, he was so sure that I would achieve heights that he asked me to be humble and grounded when I do.
To this day, I don’t know what they saw in me. But, every now and then I try to live up to those expectation 🙂
