I have watched another Alan Ritchson movie and I think this is the third or fourth thing I am watching starring Alan Ritchson in the past month or so.
The name of the movie is ‘Runner’ and I think there is another movie by the name ‘The Runner’ that is different and that stars the Wonder Woman actress.
This ‘Runner’ is a race against time. The plot is that a person is carrying a body organ to be delivered to a hospital for a child, but another set of people wants the same thing for their own personal reasons.
The concept is something different from what I have watched recently and maybe that is the reason I liked it.
I don’t know why, but all of Alan’s films have these brutal fighting scenes, which, up to a point, make sense. After that point, I think, personally, they overdo it. I think that is the only thing I found a little bit annoying, rest the movie is good – good car chases, fight sequels and some comic timings by Alan.
The IMDb rating is around 6.3 and I would give it a similar 6.5. I think it’s a good fun movie to watch at least one time!
