I just watched Mayday starring Ryan Reynolds and it is such a fun movie.
The plot of the movie is that a U.S. Navy pilot is sent on a mission in the Soviet Union. His plane crashes there, and he meets a former KGB agent. The rest of the plot is about how the U.S. pilot gets out of the Soviet Union.
Ryan is such a great actor. His comic timing is unmatched. And those dark jokes are even better!
Also the movie is very nicely paced. You start watching it and get deeply engrossed in the movie. It has some very clever fighting scenes that make you go, “Whoa!”
I thoroughly enjoyed the movie and would recommend it. The IMDb rating is good 6.8, and I would rate it a good 7.5.
