I mean, honestly, I love music.
As I mentioned in one of my earlier posts, I used to have this collection of songs on my phone – each one downloaded in FLAC quality and carefully handpicked.
For work though, it’s a different vibe.
I’ve got a separate playlist – or maybe I should call it a station – that I play when I need to focus. Like when I’m writing a LinkedIn post or working on this blog.
Right now too, I’ve got the same radio station playing in the background – ‘Electronic Mind Focus’ – and volume set to 3 on my Alexa Echo device.
It’s kind of perfect for me when I write. The beats somehow push my brain into creative mode. And it’s upbeat, so yeah, it’s fun typing while listening to it.
I’ve probably listened to this radio at least a hundred times by now.
And… I think I’m ready to explore something similar.
So, drop your favorite suggestions in the comments below – I’d love to check them out.
